Why choose the Sitivo cycling shorts from Gonso?
The Sitivo Fitting System is Gonso's cycling shorts concept, which does not rely on one-size-fits-all sizes, but aims to provide a more individual fit. There are over 50 combinations of sizes and padding options to suit your individual riding position.
- If you mostly ride upright and relaxed (e.g. commuting, touring, city), SITIVO Blue is probably ideal.
- If you have a neutral-compact riding position (slightly forward-leaning, but not extreme), e.g. on a mountain bike or gravel bike, then SITIVO Green is the right choice.
- If you sit in a sporty position on a road bike (leaning forward, high pressure on the pubic bone, etc.), use SITIVO Red.
The seat cushions contain foam with different densities and degrees of foaming, plus Poron® elements that absorb shocks and relieve pressure.
- Blue: softer foam, density approx. 60 kg/m³, cushion height approx. 18 mm.
- Green: medium degree of foaming, density approx. 80 kg/m³, cushion height approx. 16 mm.
- Red: firmer foaming, density approx. 90 kg/m³, cushion height approx. 15 mm.
The seat cushions are also breathable — the outer fabric has open pores, which ensures air permeability.
